Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

Morocco Outdoor Adventure is committed to respect the privacy of its clients personal information (such as names, email addresses, private addresses, telephone numbers and other information) provided by a client collected from them when booking a tour. It is our policy not to exchange, sell or disclose personal information to an outside party.

But sometimes we must pass this information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel holidays such as hotels or transport companies.

 

The Contract

The contract between you and Morocco Outdoor Adventure is subjected to these terms and conditions:

 

Booking and Payments:
 

We would like that you book with us through our website. Booking takes a few correspondence emails. Then we send you again an email with the final trip note and itinerary details sorted out through our correspondences. We expect that you confirm our final email. We will ask you for a deposit of 30% of the price. This deposit is non-refundable but can be credited to the costs of an alternative trip taken with Morocco Outdoor Adventure. We send you a receipt of your deposit as a confirmation for your holidays by email. The full payment must be done less than 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holidays.

We reserve the right to change the price, services or other particulars before the confirmation of your booking is written. Once confirmed, your holiday’s arrangements are not subjected to further surcharges or increases anymore. 

                                                                                                 

Special Requests:
 

Special requests or requirements that are essential to your booking (dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance or special facilities for certain medical conditions, accommodation…) must be known to Morocco Outdoor Adventure by email before Morocco Outdoor Adventure confirmed your holidays.

We assume to do all effort to make and realize your requests or requirements, but they can not be guaranteed. Morocco Outdoor Adventure will confirm by email if the request or requirements can be done or not. No compensation will be payable if such requests or requirements are not fulfilled.                                                                                                                   

 

Amendments:
 

Amendments to your booking are usually not possible within 8 days of the start date of your holiday’s arrangements. You must write your changement request by email. We will try to accommodate your wishes but we can’t guarantee anything. You are liable for any additional costs incurred by the amendments of the original booked trip. If it is not possible for us to make an amendment, you have the choice of proceeding with the holiday as originally booked. For confirmed amendments, you are full responsible for ensuring that your insurance covers the new remains valid.

 

Cancellation:
 

If you decide to cancel your holidays you have to notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charge is calculated according to the number of days prior to the start date of your confirmed holidays:                                            

31-60 days: deposit only
9-30 days: 50% of the price
3-8 days: 75% of the price 

0-2 days 100%  

                           

If Morocco Outdoor Adventure have to cancel or change your holiday arrangements in any cases because of force majeure, we will not refund any sum paid by you including the deposit. And Morocco Outdoor Adventure will not be liable to pay compensation to you.                                                                                                             Force majeure is for example: war, threat of war, riot, civil disturbance, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather conditions. Supplying services comprised in holiday arrangements.

 

Your Responsibility: 
 

You are responsible for your flights, bags safety and health until you meet us in Morocco depends on where we decided to meet up. You are responsible for making any visa and passport requirements. Information on visa and passport requirements can be obtained from your nearest Moroccan Embassy or www.morocco.embassyhomepage.com.
All types of insurance are your responsibility and you are encouraged to obtain the appropriate holiday travel insurance cover such as personal accidents and injuries, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage
, personal money and belongings, flight cancellations and delays.

In case you want to leave the holiday for any reason or doing extra activities which is not included in our holiday contract, we will ask you to fill in a release form; is a piece of paper you sign that Morocco Outdoor Adventure have no responsibility.

Quality We offer you good services and we aim to give our clients memorable holidays. We secure all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodations.

Responsible tourism We run all our trips in a responsible manner as much possible as we can, socially, culturally, economically and environmentally. And we ask you to 'police' this for us.

Guaranteed Departures All Morocco Outdoor Adventure tours programs are guaranteed departure even with only one participant, but a single supplement is required.

Safety We make your holidays safe and comfortable. We change it depending on security issue and circumstances.

Feedback At the end of every trip, we provide you with a questionnaire that we urge you to fill in. We reply very heavily on our clients’ feedback to maintain and improve the quality of our holiday services.

Remember Morocco Outdoor Adventure does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicles, hotels, restaurants or any other supplier of services.

 

 

Complaints:
 

If you have a complaint during the trip, you must immediately notify our tour leader or contact us as soon as you can. In case you are not satisfied with the actions taken by us to deal with your complaint, you must put your complaint in writing to Morocco Outdoor Adventure within one weeks of your return giving all the details. We promise to deal with any dispute fairly and promptly.
